Coaching
I work with athletes and runners of all abilities through my coaching service. I currently coach, work with, and advise athletes varying from Olympic Trials hopefuls, professional ultra endurance athletes and Elite Obstacle Course Racers to first time 5k runners and everyone in between. I'm very pleased to work with a number of military, special forces, police, fire and medical personnel. While not every athlete that I coach falls under the traditional definition of 'elite', I treat each athlete like an elite in the way that I program their training, and in my attention to the details, and their individual needs.
What is included:
- Unlimited Contact via text, email, DM, or phone within reasonable working hours. I do not limit the frequency in which my athletes may contact me. My job as your coach is to provide a premium experience with your best interest in mind. Open communication is the key to a positive working relationship.
- Completely custom weekly programming, training log, feedback. The program is written 1-2 weeks at a time, and can be changed on the fly. As athletes, we have many variables in day to day life, and we know to expect the unexpected. When the unexpected happens, the schedule needs to be fluid. You won't get this with some cookie cutter plan.
- Individualized, periodized programming built and refined to help you crush your goals. I do not do this for the money, I do it for the love. There is no shortage of cookie cutter, one size fits all plans out there on the internet - you won't find that here. Each athlete is unique in their needs and the programming is built to fit the individual athlete's needs.
