I started coaching with the vision of bettering lives and my community. I'm excited to see my vision come to life. Periodically, I coach athletes who wouldn't normally be able to afford my premium coaching service. While my paid and premium coaching service usually has a waiting list, I keep a number of spots open each month, that go only to athletes in need absolutely free of charge.  I believe that everyone has the right to knowledge and the right to better themselves through exercise and virtual community. Running and fitness saved my life, so I understand the value in it and it means the world to me to spread it to people in all walks of life. Through this program, I have been able to work with athletes who I otherwise likely never would have had the good fortune of meeting. I will never publicly disclose the information of anyone who participates in this program.

My only requirement to athletes in this program is: 
Work hard. Believe in yourself. Lift up others. If you feel that I have passed on any valuable information, I ask that you pass it on to others.
